A. You have the right to return an item regardless of the reason. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return.
b. Please note that for adult product health reasons, returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition with all tags, accessories and packaging attached. If the item does not meet the return criteria, we may deduct a restocking fee. At the same time, we reserve the right to refuse returns.
